Overview

Designed custom LED batten light mounts for IoT-enabled racking systems used in smart agriculture installations, managing both engineering and e-commerce operations end-to-end.

Challenge

Designing robust IoT-enabled mounting systems for smart agriculture while managing e-commerce, supply chain, and shipping operations simultaneously.

Solution

Modelled parts in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, prepared 3D-print files with PrusaSlicer and Cura, built the brand visual identity in Adobe tools, and managed the Shopify storefront and Shiprocket logistics.

Outcome

Successfully deployed IoT-enabled racking systems with a fully operational e-commerce storefront, coordinated inventory management, and streamlined delivery workflows.
